The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 20, 2013, a minor revision
application (MR -77) to the Seneca II -W Mine, Permit No. C -1982 -057, operated by Seneca Coal
Company, LLC, 37796 Routt County Road 53, Hayden, CO 81639 was considered complete for the
purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations
promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
