Cunningham, In answer to your previous inspection report requesting additional bonding money of $7.000.00, we cannot at this time accommodate you at your request due to lack of funds and lack of investors with Risk Capital. As per your request for removal of the scrap, conveyor and fuel tank, it so happens that this is equipment that can be used and is used in the mining business. The so called scrap fuel tank is used for a water tank to neutralize the mine water for our drilling equipment as acid water will eat up a regular drill in just a few hours. And the loading conveyer belt is not a piece of scrap it is used for feeding the screening plant for a small mill concentrator. I agree that some clean up and tidiness is in order and will see that it is taken care of. The replacement door to the mine will have to be reconstructed because we have not been able to keep vandals from tearing it up and entering the mine. And as for the corner markers that you requested, the whole property has a fence completely around it and should be completely adequate for an inspector to identify the property. The identification of the mine number, dates, etc., on the side of the trailer, needs to be redone and I will try to get that taken care of as soon as possible. All of the above can be corrected as soon as I can find people that can handle it because I am physically incapable of doing any of this myself.
