The seed mix described in Exhibit E will be used until <br />a temporary seed mix can be obtained from USDA. <br />Item 3: The stratum below target material is very cobbly clay sandy loam. <br />Item 4: The royalty agreement requires removal and storage of the top 18 inches of <br />surface material regardless of composition. <br />Item 5: The applicant respectfully declines the recommendation for a permit boundary <br />setback. The proposed site is very small, not adjacent to a property boundary or any <br />structures with the exception of Road 13.3. <br />Item 6: The applicant will mine a 3H:1V slope as recommended. <br />The Colorado Historical Society was solicited for input concerning potential to find <br />cultural artifacts. No surveys have occurred in the proposed area, a former small <br />airplane landing strip.
