TR -99 revises Map 45 to mdi- <br />cate that the height of the temporary East <br />Taylor Fill will not be increased, it also adds a <br />geotechnical assessment to Exhibit 21, <br />Item1 <br />The Colowyo Coal Mine is a surface coal <br />mine located in Moffat and Rio Blanco Coun- <br />ties, approximately 28 miles south of Craig, <br />Colorado Coal interest is Federal, and the <br />surface affected is Federal, state and private <br />land The permit area encompasses approx- <br />imately 29,075 74 acres. <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding <br />that the proposed operaten wdl comply with <br />all requirements of the Colorado Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34 33 <br />101, of seq , C R.S , and the regulations <br />promulgated thereunder. <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including <br />stipulations, are on file for public inspection <br />at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety, Room 215, Centennial <br />Budding, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Col- <br />orado 80203 Persons with an interest that <br />may be adversely affected by the proposed <br />decision may request aformal hearing before <br />the Mined land Reclamation Board on the <br />proposed decision.
