RULE 2 - PERMITS <br />buildings by the addition of two power poles and transmission lines coming from the existing MCC <br />building. Outlet pipes will also be installed in the concrete blocks to convey water to a nearby ditch <br />(RC -133). The pumps will operate intermittently depending on mine in -flows and never exceed 50 <br />gpm/0.1 cfs (capacity of one pump). <br />Microwave Tower and Foundations — In order to improve connection rates at the Twentymile <br />Mine facilities a building and microwave tower will be erected that will link communication <br />infrastructure with that at Sage Creek. The location is on a high ridge with line of site to both Sage <br />Creek and Twentymile facilities. Since the site is outside the currently approved disturbance <br />boundary, a small area exemption will be required. <br />Site PM <br />A 20' x 20' area will be striped of top soil to a depth of 12" to create the space required for <br />installation of foundations. The top soil will be windrowed around the pad and clearly marked. <br />Wattles will be strategically placed to contain erosion and the area will be seeded with the <br />approved seed mix after all construction activities are complete. <br />Foundation <br />A concrete slab will rest on 8" of compacted aggregate fill. The foundation will be n 8' x 8' x 8" <br />slab with a 4' x 4' x 4' concrete block that a tower will be mounted to. Two posts will be <br />installed through the pad to support solar panels. The minimum auger diameter will be 18" and <br />the holes will extended a minimum of 36" below grade.
