We have received your Special 111 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit application for the
extraction of construction materials in Larimer County. All comment and review periods began on October
10, 2013. The decision date for your application is scheduled for October 25, 2013.
The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
Please be reminded that all operators must contact the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality
