Pineda <br />Fort Collins, CO 80522 Director <br />RE: Notice of Special 111 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application Consideration <br />Colorado Rose Red, Inc., Colorado Red Rose Stone Resource, File No. M- 2013 -068 <br />Please be advised that Colorado Rose Red, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 148 Cheyenne Ct. <br />, Lyons, CO 80540; (303) 823 -6023, has filed a reclamation permit application to extract construction <br />materials with this office. The operation will be located at or near Section 33, Township 4N, Range 71W, <br />06th Prime Meridian, in Larimer County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more <br />than one Section, Township, and Range. The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for October 25, 2013, providing all permit requirements <br />have been met. Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 17, 2013 to be considered in the <br />application review process.
