Deliveries outside of normal operating hours or on Sunday or Holidays are subject to charges to be negotiated There is no guarantee of any purchase quantity as we are being directed by CDOT and supporting the US 36 Emergency Flood Repair work being performed by both the National Guard and CDOT. We will pay for what is used. The material is loaded out of the quarry by Overlook Mines using their own equipment and labor into trucks supplied by the National Guard, CDOT, or Kraemer hired trucking for US36 Repair work. Material stockpiled by Overlook and/or the quarry but not used will NOT be paid for. Road maintenance and access to the load point to be reasonably maintained by the quarry/Overlook Mines and no expense to Kraemer. This is for work 7 days a week during daylight hours. No mine permits or other mining authorization or special land use is covered by Kraemer. Schedule is to begin got have material ready for use by this Wednesday 10/9/2013 and continue until repairs are complete. Repairs are expected to be complete by December 1 st, 2013. The Total Cost of this Purchase Order will be based upon actual quantities used and estimated at $552,500.00 TAXES: Project is Tax Exempt from City and State Tax ATTACHMENTS: The documents listed below are attached to and incorporated by referenced as if set out here in their entirety.
