With regards to your requests:
TR40 is not scheduled to be heard at the October 16, 2013 Mined Land Reclamation Board Hearing. The Division
made a proposed decision on 10/4/2013. Publication of the Division decision in the Canon City Daily Record
initiates a 10 -day public comment period. A courtesy letter was mailed to you this morning notifying you, and all
objectors, of the Division's proposed decision.
You asked, "The Division of Water Resources Inspector found a well, 3 PVC pipes, one encased with metal and
an electric switch box. They said it was illegal and want it removed. Do you know what it is? " I am sorry, I was
not on the site with the DWR inspector. Based upon this description, I have no idea where the DWR inspector
located this feature. Is it shown on the Southfield hydrology map? Please identify the location and direct this
inquiry to Rob Zuber.
You asked, "If I could ask for something that is missing from my mother's and now my file. I want a copy of EFCI
contract with Colorado National Bank for our coal mine. I do not have it would make the history complete.
