RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3:
Year 1 reclaimed borehole pads were inspected. Sites were stable and showed promising signs of seedlings and
mature vegetation.None of the reclaimed boreholes inspected showed signs of erosion.
SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02:
Mine identifications signs were inspected at the intersection of County Road 65 and the permit boundary and
County Road 65 and the Deserado Mine entrance road.Both signs were in compliance with all required
information.
Topsoil markers were observed above every pile inspected and clearly designated each pile.
