The Limestone Boettcher has been in a status of final reclamation. Final reclamation has been completed and is pending release due to some water issues at the site. Activities on the site have been as follows: 1. Weed control in coordination with Larimer County Weed Department — the Activity Report is attached. All work in the denoted as Curtis Lake and CR56 relates to the Boettcher Limestone Quarry and Property. 2. Monitoring and sampling water wells on the property. 3. Drilled three (3) additional wells for the purposes of monitoring water quality. 4. Monthly Inspections and monitoring the reclamation. In addition, Holcim is working with the State Engineers office regarding some ponding and surface water issues at the site. Holcim is currently pumping out the accumulated water in preparation to conduct a "liner test" for potential mitigation of the water issues.
