Final reclamation has been <br />completed and is pending release due to some water issues at the site. Activities on the site <br />have been as follows: <br />1. Weed control in coordination with Larimer County Weed Department — the Activity Report <br />is attached. All work in the denoted as Curtis Lake and CR56 relates to the Boettcher <br />Limestone Quarry and Property. <br />2. Monitoring and sampling water wells on the property. <br />3. Drilled three (3) additional wells for the purposes of monitoring water quality. <br />4. Monthly Inspections and monitoring the reclamation. <br />In addition, Holcim is working with the State Engineers office regarding some ponding and <br />surface water issues at the site.
