The application was determined to be complete on October 7, <br />2013. The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed its adequacy <br />review of the proposed minor revision. Please respond to the following comments or concerns as <br />necessary: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Proposed page 2.04-9.1 proposed under Rule 2.04.4 – Cultural and Historic Resources, <br />states that a Class III cultural resources survey of the two proposed monitoring well sites <br />and associated drill pads was conducted with the results presented in Exhibit 6L. Based <br />on correspondence with TC, these surveys will be submitted to the Division upon <br />completion.
