The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received and reviewed your response (dated
9/29/13) to the preliminary adequacy review for the Godsend claim (dated 8/27/13). Per your request in the
adequacy review, the Decision Date for this application has been extended to October 21, 2013 to accommodate
review by Teller County Planning and CDPHE for a stormwater permit.
The materials submitted adequately addressed the Division's previous review comments. Please submit
documentation from Teller County and CDPHE as soon as possible.

satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to request an
