The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received and reviewed your response (dated
9/29/13) to the preliminary adequacy review for the Ace in the Hole claim (dated 9/10/13). Per your request in the
adequacy review, the Decision Date for this application has been extended to October 14, 2013 to accommodate
review by Teller County Planning and CDPHE for a stormwater permit.
The materials submitted adequately addressed the Division's previous review comments. Please submit
documentation from Teller County and CDPHE as soon as possible.
lease remember that the decision deadline for this application is October 14, 2013. If you are unable to provide
satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to request an
extension of time to allow for continued review of this application. If there are still unresolved issues when the
