PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Cotter Corporation, 7800 East Dorado Place, suite 210, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, 720- <br />554 -6200, has filed an application for the partial release of Financial Warranty with the State of <br />Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety under the provisions of the Colorado <br />Mind Land Reclamation Act. The mine is known as the Schwartzwalder Mine, and is located at <br />or near Section 25, TS2, R71 W, 6r' PM, Jefferson County, Colorado, approximately five miles <br />north of Golden. <br />The amount of the release application is $403,828.01 for the purchase and installation of the <br />mine dewatering system installed on or by August 1, 2013. <br />The proposed future use of the land is continued reclamation of the mine site. Additional <br />information may be obtained from the State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining, and <br />Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203, 303 - 866 -3567 or the above named <br />applicant. <br />Comments concerning the appropriateness of the requested release must be in writing and must <br />be received by the State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety within 30 <br />days of this public notice. <br />
