Exhibit F: Other Permits and Licenses Required <br />(a) A Notice of Intent is already filed with the US Forest Service, South Park Ranger <br />District for the Ace In The Hole claim. A Plan of Operations will be filed with the U. S. <br />Forest Service to accommodate current digging targets. <br />(b) A Special Use permit is required by Teller Count Planning Department. (See attached <br />statement from Teller County.) <br />(c) Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado Dept. of Public Health and <br />Environment is assessing the need for a stormwater permit. Stormwater permit <br />application has been mailed to WQCD (see return receipt enclosed.) <br />Exhibit G: Legal Right to Enter <br />See the attached claim notice and receipt for the most recent payment to the Bureau of <br />Land Management. <br />Exhibit H: Municipalities <br />There are no towns or cities within a two mile radius of the claim. The closest town is <br />Lake George, seven miles South of the claim. <br />Exhibit I: Proof of Filing <br />Proof of filing with the Teller County Clerk and Recorder: (see attached) <br />Exhibit J: Proof of Mailing Notices <br />Proof of mailing notices to Teller County Commissioners and Soil Conservation District: <br />(see attached) <br />Exhibit L: Permanent Man -made Structures <br />There is a barbed wire fence running East -West along the South boundary of the Ace In <br />The Hole Claim. There is also a 3.5" aluminum government survey cap located one foot <br />North of the same fence line. Forest Service Roads 201 and 201.2D are used to access <br />the claim and are also within 200' of the claim boundary. None of the identified digging <br />targets on the Ace In The Hole claim are near these structures /monuments (See Exhibit <br />E map.) Said fence, monument and existing roads will not be disturbed by mining <br />activities in any way. <br />
