Logan Wash Mine TR No. 8 <br />Silt fencing will be installed at the downgradient perimeter of the disturbed area. Stormwater <br />channels have been constructed on the Lower Bench in the vicinity of the proposed trench. <br />8.0 Trench Reclamation <br />Reclamation of the trenches will be conducted during final reclamation of the Lower Bench. <br />Each trench will be backfilled with the berm material that was originally excavated. The final <br />grade will be contoured to blend into the surrounding land surface with minimal slope. The <br />surface will be revegetated in accordance with the reclamation plan that exists at that time. <br />Western Water & Land, Inc. <br />
