Please provide the "pounds of pure live <br />seed per acre" for each species in the proposed seed mix. <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E - Map <br />13. Reclamation Man — The text on the "sticker" is adequate. However, as this drawing is to be signed by the <br />responsible professional engineer, the Division cannot apply the sticker to the reclamation plan map (Exhibit <br />Map E -5). If it is not practical to reprint the map with new text, please come to the Division Office with <br />your P.E. stamp and apply the sticker in person. The Division can accept this approach if the engineer <br />applies the sticker to the drawing, then stamps and signs the applied sticker. <br />Additional Comments — Drawings <br />20. This will be done upon receipt of a written waiver of your right to a decision by September 20, 2013 and <br />request for additional time.
