Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above - referenced submittal, <br />and has the following comments. <br />1. Please delineate on the map the area where the 15 tons will be extracted. The applicant will <br />need to indicate on the map the difference between where the voluntary reclamation and the <br />prospecting will occur. <br />2. The Division estimated the amount of required financial warranty for the modification to be <br />$2,000.00, bring the total financial warranty for the NOI to $5,800.00. This additional financial <br />warranty will need to be submitted with the proper financial warranty form.
