Spring 2013 Subsidence and Geologic Field Observations <br />South of Divide and Dry Fork Mininq Areas (E -Seam) <br />Figure 19. Spring 2013 view of the same general area shown in Figure 18. Note that the cut slope <br />above the road has failed and the roadway regraded making it difficult to locate these same cracks. <br />The eastern end of this area is located to the east and north of the hairpin curve in the road to the <br />east of the MDW E3 -12 pad. Numerous cracks were noted away from the roadway in this area <br />during our fall 2012 field visit. The exact location of these cracks were not staked so comparison <br />images werc difficult to obtain, However, observations from these areas revealed considerable <br />healing of the cracks (i.e., reduced crack widths, depths, continuity and edge sharpness).
