I don't
understand why you are monitoring coal seams when it is well know that coal occurs with iron, manganese, and
selenium. Mike states "since ground water in the coal seams is already known to be of degraded quality,"
why is EFCI not required to test into ground water below the coal seams to see if it is leaching into water that
could be of beneficial use by the property owner?
would appreciate an explanation.
Also what was the final ruling on TR 39? Janet recommended the new reference area. Is that the discussion for
the Board meeting. I need clarification please.
Linda Saunders
https: / /mail.g oog le.conVmai I / ?ui =2 &i Ir454642l a5a &A ew-- pt &search =i nbox&th= 1416Obcbdef5f591 1 /1
