PUBLIC NOTICE <br />PUBLISHED NOTICE OF APPLICATION AMEND- <br />MENT FILING FORA REGULAR (112) CONSTRUC- <br />TION MATERIALS RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />The Walsenburg Sand and Gravel, Co, P.O. Drawer 352, <br />Walsenburg, CO 81089, has filed an conversion application for a <br />Construction Materials Regular 112 Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for extraction of Construc- <br />tion materials. The proposed mine is known as the WSG- Hribar <br />Pit, (Permit M- 2009 -027) and is located in or near the SW4UW/, of <br />Section 35, T -26 -S, R -67 -W of the 6th P.M., Huerfano County, <br />Colorado. <br />The date of commencement was May 2009 and the proposed date <br />of completion is December 2045. The proposed future use of the <br />land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and a tentative decision date may be <br />obtained at the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Rm 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567, <br />or at the office of the Huerfano County Clerk and Recorder, 401 <br />Main St, Suite 204, Walsenburg, Colorado 81089. <br />Written comments to the application must be received at the <br />office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety no later <br />than 4:00 p.m. on the th day of , 2013. <br />Please note that comments related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, <br />effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this <br />Office's jurisdiction.
