The prospecting operations shall be conducted in such a mare[ as to comply with all applicable local, state and 1bderal laws <br />and regulations including applicable age and federal air and water quality laws and rcguldioas. <br />4. Tire prospecting operations shall be conducted so as to minimize adverse effects upon wildlife to include covering of open <br />drill holes until property plunged. <br />S. During the prospecting operations, the operator will perform the necessary stabilization and reclamation work to ansurs those <br />aress affected by prospecting activities am arosiooally and gedechnica lly stable. <br />6. All prospecting operations shell be in cornplianoo with the Colorado Mined nand Reclamation Act, as emended (34-33 -101 at <br />seq. CAS.), and all rules and regulations currently in effect or promulgated pursuant thereto. See Z CCR 407 -1, Mitred nand <br />Reclamation Board Hsrdmoek /Metal Mining Rules. <br />V1. ADDITIONAL TERMS AW CONDITIONS FOR PROSPECTINGY HLMiUSFB LANDS <br />4. The prospector will supply a copy of this NIDI to the appropriate BLM and/or USES office. <br />S. The prospector atthodaw the ML.RB to discuss the information in this Notice of Intent with the BLM and/or USFS. <br />6. If on BLU land, the prospector will complete reclamation to the standards described in 43 CFR 380.1 -3 (d) and <br />imptamant reasonable measures to prevent unnecessary or undue degradation of lands during operations. <br />I <br />A fitaancisl warranty must be provided for the cost of reclamation of the disturbance described in this Notice. The prospector can <br />either file a "One Site Prospecting Financial Warranty" or a "Statewide Financial Warranty-" The flaaneld warranty mast he <br />submittod and approved by the Division prior to entry ulna bob tar /fie purpme of prospecdag. <br />An One -Site Prospecting Financial Warranty is usually filed by individuals or companies where prapaning activities are limited <br />to a single area. It must be filed in the amount of S2,000 per sex= for land to be disturbed, or such other amamm as determined by <br />the Division, based on the projected casts of reclamation. A Statewide Financial Warranty is usually filed by companies with <br />multiple prospecting sites. It must be filed in an amount equal to the estimated cost of reclamation per acre of affected land for all <br />anticipated sites statewide (You may increase the Statewide bond at any time in orda to cover additional or expanded proopeetins <br />activities) <br />
