On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its responses to the DRMS' <br />comments and concerns. <br />1. DRMS - Please clarify which portions of the road will be decommissioned and which, if <br />any, portions will be fully reclaimed. <br />BRL - The revised text on page 2.05 -65 and new Map 18 -3 should clarify which portions <br />of the road will be decommissioned. <br />2. DRMS - Please update Map 13 to indicate the portions of the Plantation Road that will be <br />retained. <br />BRL - Enclosed is new Map 18 -3 that shows the portion of the Plantation Road that will <br />be decommissioned to a trail suitable for ATV use. <br />The following revised permit pages are enclosed. <br />Volume I Page 2.05 -65. <br />Volume II Table of contents (page iii) and new Map 18 -3 <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
