In a letter dated, July 12, 2013, the
Division identified several corrections needed to EFCI's 2012ARR. The corrections provided by EFCI
adequately address the Division's concerns.
EFCI did not provide a schedule of the planned reclamation of Power Substation No. 2 (Map 18, T20S,
R70W, NE 1/4 Section 25, on EFCI powerline). The Division considers that this structure needs to be
reclaimed in accordance with Rule 4.13.
EFCI's corrections to the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report, fulfills the requirements of Rule 2.04.13.
Sincerely,
Janet Binns
Environmental Protection Specialist III
(303) 866 -3567 ext. 8107
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
