Everist, Incorporated, has purchased the property that makes <br />up the Lohmann Sand and Gravel site, DRMS Permit # M- 2001 -017. L.G. Everist purchased the property <br />from Theodore and Linda Lohmann (Trust). A copy of the recorded Special Warranty Deed is attached to <br />show L.G. Everist's ownership of the property, and to replace the existing Source of Legal Right to Enter. <br />There are no changes needed regarding the operator or financial warranty because L.G. Everist was <br />already the Operator of mine site, and the permit holder, and submitted the bond to the Division. There <br />are also no changes to the mining operation or reclamation plan at this time. <br />However, L.G. Everist would like to change the name of the site from Lohmann Sand and Gravel to: <br />Carbon Valley Resource. <br />We are ready to submit revised plat maps - with the site name change - upon your approval. <br />Please let me know if you need any additional information from L.G.
