Lot B of Recorded Exemption No. 1311 -6 -2 RECX13 -0023, recorded June 19, 2013 by the Weld
County Clerk and Recorder, at Reception No. 3941557, being a part of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6a` P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Also described as:
A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4) of Section Six (6), Township Two
North (T.2N.), Range Sixty -seven West (R.67W.) of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.),
County of Weld, State of Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Section 6 and assuming the North line of the
said Northwest Quarter (NWI /4) of said Section 6, being monumentalized by a #6 rebar with a 2
1/2" diameter aluminum cap stamped "LS ?8656 ? ?93" in a monument box at the West end and
by a #6 rebar with a 3 1/4" diameter aluminum cap stamped "LS38106 2013" in a monument box
at the East end, as bearing South 89 °52'18" East, being a Grid Bearing of the Colorado State
Plane Coordinate System, North Zone, North American Datum 1983/2007, a distance of 2502.91
feet (record = 2503.20 feet), with all bearing contained herein relative thereto:
