Hickenlooper <br />September 18, 2013 Governor <br />RE: Thank You Lord Claim, DRMS File No. M- 2013 -041 <br />110(2) Hard Rock /Metal Mining Reclamation Permit Application Package <br />Approval of Extension Request <br />Dear Mr. Busse: <br />As requested in your email that we received on September 16, 2013, DRMS approves your request to extend the <br />decision deadline for the above - referenced application. The new deadline is October 18, 2013. <br />If you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to the new deadline, it will be <br />your responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this application. If there <br />are still unresolved issues when the decision date arrives and no extension has been requested, the <br />application will be denied. <br />Please be advised that the decision deadline cannot be extended beyond August 19 2014 based on the <br />maximum 365 -day extension limit specified in Rule 1.4.1(9). (The application was found complete on August <br />19, 2013.)
