Approval of Extension Request
Dear Mr. Busse:
As requested in your email that we received on September 16, 2013, DRMS approves your request to extend the
decision deadline for the above - referenced application. The new deadline is October 18, 2013.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to the new deadline, it will be
your responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this application. If there
are still unresolved issues when the decision date arrives and no extension has been requested, the
application will be denied.
Please be advised that the decision deadline cannot be extended beyond August 19 2014 based on the
maximum 365 -day extension limit specified in Rule 1.4.1(9). (The application was found complete on August
19, 2013.) After August 19, 2014, the DRMS may set the matter for a Board hearing in which the Board may
deny or approve the application, with or without conditions.
