• ABSTRACT
Metcalf Archaeological Consultants (MAC) conducted a Class III inventory for the Sage
Creek conveyor line in Routt County, Colorado. The entire length of the proposed conveyor line
is 7.2 miles. Due to previous inventories and reclaimed land only 3.6 miles were inventoried to a
total corridor width of 200ft. Approximately 88.6 acres were inventoried for this project.
Inventory for this project resulted in the discovery and documentation of one new site and
the revisitation of five previously recorded sites. Of the total six sites, four are prehistoric and
two are historic. All have recommended evaluations of "not eligible" or "non- contributing" for
the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Three prehistoric isolated finds were also
recorded. All of these isolated resources are recommended as "not eligible" to the NRHP. No
artifacts were collected during this inventory.
For Official Use Only: Disclosure of Site Locations Prohibited (43 CFR §7.18)
•
