The location is on a <br />high ridge with line of site to both Sage Creek and Twentymile facilities. <br />Since the site is outside the currently approved disturbance boundary, a small area exemption (SAE) will <br />be required as described in the proposed text changes. A general SedCAD model was done for a one acre <br />gravel pad to demonstrate that sediment control measures (silt fence or wattles) would control sediment <br />leaving the site. Wattles will be place around the perimeter for sediment control.
