Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received the Blue <br />Mountain Energy, Inc. (BME) submittal of Technical Revision 69 (TR -69) for the Deserado <br />Mine. The revision was received on August 30, 2013 and deemed completed on September 4, <br />2013. TR -69 proposes to add a 26" diameter return shaft (RS -11L) and associated road. The <br />Division has the following comments: <br />Rule 2.04.4 — Cultural and Historic Resource Information <br />1. The Division has received continents from the Colorado Office of Archaeology and <br />Historic Preservation (SHPO) regarding TR -69. After their review, SHPO determined <br />that no historic properties will be affected by disturbance related to TR -69 pursuant to <br />36 CFR 800.4(d)(1). <br />Rule 3.02.2 — Determination of Bond Amount <br />1. The Division has performed a cost estimate for the addition of RS -11L and associated <br />road. The total value of this estimate is $2,512.40 (see attached cost estimate).
