Description of Amendment or Conversion <br />If you are amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s). <br />The permit area of M1983 -028 will be increased from 9.9 acres to 250 acres, of which 80 acres <br />LMN Property, including 50 acres currently in the permit boundary of M1990 -025, and 120 acres <br />to the west of the current M 1990-025). Mining will be limited to the sand and grave! deposit which <br />tops Hay Camp Mesa, and generally above an elevation of 7440.
