Other items may include berms and swales /ditches for storm water control and wind shelter, <br />to be determined at the time of reclamation release of individual areas (and not to be done if <br />there is a bond revocation action). <br />As mining progresses, areas mined the previous year will already be backfilled and graded, with <br />soil placed and seeded, at the end of the next year. Seeding will be done at the proper season <br />based on recommendations (See Map, Exhibit F, and Exhibit J). <br />Items specified for the Reclamation Plan in Rule 6.4.5.(1) and 6.4.5.(2)f. have been included in <br />other items in this Exhibit or have been included in other Exhibits referenced above, and <br />therefore are not separately listed in this exhibit. <br />Although the Operator commits to no more than 900 feet of highwall at any time (of which 150 <br />feet will be the responsibility of Montezuma County to reduce), and highwalls are to be limited to <br />1:1 or flatter slopes internally, the Operator reserves the right to have vertical highwalls of up to <br />300 feet long and 25 feet high, for brief periods, in that maximum of 900 linear feet. <br />
