The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 21, 2013, a minor revision application (MR -8) to the
New Horizon North Mine, Permit No. C- 2010 -089, operated by Western Fuels - Colorado, LLC, 12050 N.
Pecos St., Suite 100, Westminster, CO 80234 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. With
this minor revision, the applicant seeks to incorporate Construction Permit No. 1OMO2275F into the
permit. Initial Approval for the Construction Permit has been issued by the Colorado Department of
Public Health and Environment's Air Pollution Control Division. All reviews and comment periods as
provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
