I hope this is better than the last one. Also I will explain and hope that I answer all your questions. I did not drill in a area that I was not approved. I hope this clarifies your misunderstandings. I would also like you to know that I had a walk thru before and after I drilled with the USFS Ronny Day and Dennis Miller. They were both pleased with the results. They even gave me seed to spread for pad number 3a. They did not feel the need to seed on pad two as it had no top soil before we started. 1) On the map attached there are five black dots. On pad one I did not drill at all. I could get to my target on pad number 2. On pad two there are three black dots. This is where I drilled on pad number two. On pad number three there are two black dots. This is where I drilled on pad number4we, I did not drill on pad number four at all. TttiZfF 2) 1 did not encounter any artesian wells. 3) 1 did not drill out of the area of my approved NOI/POO. 4) Again I did not out of the area of my NOI /POO. 5) Yes there are only five reports.. I am waiting on assay reports and a report from my Geologist. When I get all of that in hand than I will be making a decision on future drilling. There were five abandonment reports, for holes CME -1 through CME -5. Your NOI application with DRMS approved up to 10 holes to be drilled from the 4 approved drill sites. It is not clear from the maps included with the abandonment reports exactly which drill pads the holes were drilled from. The maps do not show anything, so please indicate which pads were drilled. 2. The forms indicate that all the holes were dry - is that correct? 3. The original NOI application was approved for 4 drill pads in specific locations. My inspection showed 4 locations, but the lowest one was in a different location. I assume that the forest service approved that change, but I did not hear about it from you. If they approved it, please provide me some documentation. 4. If the new,different drill location was an additional one to the other four, making it the fifth one approved by the USFS, please confirm that. 5. Are the five abandonment reports all of them?
