The
Discharge Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on July 23, 2013. The report covers the time period from
April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013.
Five NPDES outfalls were reported to be active during this quarter. One exceedence of the primary effluent limitations
was reported at outfall 001 for Total Suspended Solids. According to the report, a precipitation event of .35 inches of
moisture combined with spring snowmelt created high flows at the site and that the exceedance is applicable for the
alternative reporting limits.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (303) 866-31567 ext. 8120.
Sincerely,
P C
Jared Ebert, DRMS
Environmental Protection Specialist, DRMS
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
