applications submitted to the Division on August 16, 2013, addressing the following:
The technical revisions allows for intermittent operation of the above - mentioned sites
The terms of the Technical Revisions approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into of the above
mentioned permits. All other conditions and requirements of those permits remain in full force and effect.
