By timing the completion of this reclamation to one of these planting seasons the affected <br />area can be returned to production as soon as possible. <br />The landowner will also be allowed to request that the entire area be reclaimed <br />in such a manner to facilitate crop production. This would require a letter from the <br />landowner and a "Technical Revision" from the county to the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety. <br />The westerly edge of the affected area will tie in to the existing topography and <br />be rounded over to present a natural appearance. In this way the historical hydrology of <br />the area will not be changed dramatically. <br />Revision #1. February 10, 2011 <br />
