ug /I was exceeded at two sites. Site SSLG5 exceeded the <br />standard with a value of 6.7 ug /1. Pond 002 outfall <br />exceeded the standard two times with values of 5 ug/ in <br />November and 4.7 ug /I in June. <br />Six monitoring sites exist within the Grassy Creek <br />drainage: YSGFS, SSG1, 003 outfall, SSG2, SSG3, and <br />YSG5. Sites YSGF5 and YSG5 exceeded the total <br />recoverable iron standard (1.0 mg /1) however, no <br />exceedances were noted at NPDES outfall 003. Please <br />note that no discussion was given with regard to the six <br />monitoring sites and any exceedances associated with <br />the six sites within the 2012 AHR. <br />10. Interim Narrative <br />CWQCC regulation <br />It was determined that bed rock groundwater points of <br />Standard for Ground <br />41.5.C.6 <br />compliance are unwarranted at the PSCM mine. Well <br />Water <br />SGAL70 serves as the PSCM Grassy Creek Alluvial ground <br />water point of compliance. No exceedances of the <br />parameters set forth were exceeded during the 2012 <br />water year. <br />11.
