PERMIT #: M- 2008 -050 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: THM <br />INSPECTION DATE: August l3, 2013 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) as part <br />of the normal monitoring program. The site is a 0.50 acre 110d mine consisting of an access road and an ore <br />stockpile. The site is located approximately 8 miles southeast of Gateway Colorado. <br />The maximum allowed disturbance is .50 acres and the current disturbance is approximately .50 acres. The site <br />consists of an access road and an ore pile that was mined and stockpiled pre -law. <br />The Operator recently notified the Division that the mine site will no longer be inactive and classified as in <br />Temporary Cessation and removal of ore is to begin in August 2013.
