The request appears to <br />meet the requirements of Rule 4.17.1. As of today August 16, 2013 the request is considered filed. Per <br />rule 4.17.2 (2), the office has 60 days to inspect the site to determine if adequate reclamation has been <br />completed. Division staff will contact you in the near future to schedule an inspection of the site. The <br />process for the release of the 23 Road Gravel Pit has begun.
