<br />AR -01, Request for Partial Acreage Release, Completeness Notice.
<br />Dear Mr. Lyman:
<br />On August 8, 2013, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Grand Junction Concrete
<br />Pipe Company request for a 112c performance and financial warranties release inspection for the Grand
<br />Junction Concrete Pipe Company, 23 Road Gravel Pit, Permit No. M -1979 -089. The request appears to
<br />meet the requirements of Rule 4.17.1. As of today August 16, 2013 the request is considered filed. Per
<br />rule 4.17.2 (2), the office has 60 days to inspect the site to determine if adequate reclamation has been
<br />completed. Division staff will contact you in the near future to schedule an inspection of the site. The
<br />process for the release of the 23 Road Gravel Pit has begun. Based on the rule the decision date is set for
<br />October 15, 2013.
