Brown" <Sandy.Brown @state.co.us> <br />Hi Susan, <br />We have received an application for TR -17 from Goff Engineering & Surveying for the Carbon Junction Mine. This <br />revision was required in fulfillment of Abatement Steps #1 and #2 for CV- 2013 -005, issued May 23, 2013. <br />TR -17 provides as -built details for the Carbon Junction Permanent Diversion placed into use in 2006, and also <br />proposes designs for the reestablishment of the Upper Carbon Junction Channel and an unnamed tributary to the <br />channel, and repair of gully erosion that has occurred. <br />would like to request your assistance with reviewing this application for adequacy with respect to rules 2.05.4(2) <br />(c) and 4.05.3. In order to enable the operator to make the repairs in the field prior to November 22, 2013, 1 would <br />like to expedite our review of this application. <br />A full copy of the application is available in the Denver office.
