As you will remember at the meeting we had in your office with <br />Rich Munson, we were asked if we could perform the subsidence survey monitoring and if Carin and Daryl could perform <br />the veg sampling. My response to both questions was that I didn't think it would be appropriate for us for either task. It <br />was only later that i reconsidered when I responded with this copy of my July 11, 2013, email: <br />Rich and George, <br />Thanks for meeting with us today. I left with a renewed hope that reclamation issues can possibly be <br />resolved in the future. Maybe with that prospect in mind we could go back to the status of helping with <br />some of the support services. You asked if Carin and Daryl could perform vegetation surveys. Yes, they <br />can and have done so for several mines in Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.
