1 Acknowledgements <br />Version 06.08.02, 2004 -08 -05 <br />TSTool has been developed by Riverside Technology, me. (RTi). Early development work was funded <br />by the State of Colorado, Water Conservation Board, under the Colorado River Decision Support System <br />( CRDSS). Later development occurred as part of CRDSS maintenance, the State of Colorado's Rio <br />Grande Decision Support System ( RGDSS) and the State of Colorado's South Platte Decision Support <br />System (SPDSS), under the umbrella CDSS effort (Colorado's Decision Support Systems). <br />Enhancements to the CDSS version have also been made by RTi in order to support a wider variety of <br />uses and data formats. Enhancements will continue to be made by RTi while offering backward <br />compatibility as much as possible. <br />Users are encouraged to provide general feedback to RTi using the email address: <br />support@riverside.com and to provide feedback specific to CDSS functionality (e.g., HydroBase, <br />StateMod, StateModB, and StateCU input types) using the email address: cdss @state.co.us.
