Well depletions (stored under plan ID 0102522) should be replaced year-round by natural
flows when in priority, i.e., when no downstream call or when downstream call is junior to
most junior priority date for wells in Riverside Canal augmentation plan system.
2. Well depletions (stored under plan ID 0102522) should be replaced year-round with available
recharge accretions from canal seepage (stored under plan ID 0102522_P1C) and recharge
seepage (stored under plan ID 0102522_P1R).
3. Remaining well depletions met with release of storage water in Riverside Reservoir (ID
0103651). The canal company has never released water from Riverside Reservoir to receive
direct credit in the river.
4. Remaining well depletions (stored under plan ID 0102522) met by pumping augmentation
wells. Lagged depletions from augmentation well pumping represent an additional demand
on the well augmentation plan (stored under plan ID 0102522).
A-66 ofA-106
