2. Remaining summer well depletions (stored under plan IDs 0103332_1 and 0103332_2)
should be replaced with a bypass of a portion of the direct flow water rights used in the
current SWSP, as follows:
• Lower Latham Ditch 13.5 shares out of 250 total shares outstanding
• Union Ditch 16.5 shares out of 200 total shares outstanding
• Greeley Irrigation Company 15.19 shares out of 519.7 total shares outstanding
3. Remaining winter depletions have been replaced with Longmont's reusable effluent as part
of a trade of 745 C-BT units provided by the Lower Latham augmentation plan. These
supplies should not be included in the initial development of the SPDSS Water Resources
Planning Model until this supply, or other supplies, are provided in perpetuity.
4. Remaining pro-rata ditch supplies (see Table 6) should be diverted, directly or by exchange,
into Lower Latham Reservoir for storage and subsequent release for augmentation purposes,
as necessary to meet lagged well depletions in the river (under Plan IDs 0103332_1 and
0103332_2).
A-61 ofA-106
