APPENDIX A-11 Lower Latham Reservoir Company Augmentation Plan - <br />Plan ID 0103332 <br />The Lower Latham Reservoir Company Augmentation Plan (Lower Latham) covers wells <br />located within the Lower Latham Ditch service area. The Lower Latham augmentation plan <br />application is still pending (Case No. 03CW74) and has been operated under an SWSP since <br />2003. Prior to filing the Water Court application, about half of the wells were covered by GASP <br />and half covered by Central GMS. Well depletions <br />are calculated using crop demands with the IDS-CU program. Lagged accretions to the South <br />Platte River from well pumping are accounted via the Glover method with the AWAS program. <br />None of the wells are metered. Out-of-priority lagged well depletions are generally administered <br />in the river in aggregate with a common priority date.
