Ditch company personnel indicated an augmentation well is included in the pending Water Court <br />application to amend the augmentation plan. Well depletions (stored under plan IDs 0102535_1, 0102535_2, and 0102535_3) should be <br />replaced year-round by natural flows when in priority, i.e., when no downstream call or when <br />downstream call is junior to common priority date of June 7, 1969 (admin. no. 43622.0) used <br />for wells in Lower Platte & Beaver augmentation plan. <br />2. Well depletions (stored under plan IDs 0102535_1, 0102535_2, and 0102535_3) should be <br />replaced year-round with available recharge accretions from canal seepage and recharge <br />seepage as follows: <br />• 0102535_P1C1 accretions and 0102535_P1R1 accretions replace 0102535_1 depletions <br />• 0102535_P1C2 accretions and 0102535_P1R2 accretions replace 0102535_2 depletions <br />• 0102535_P1C3 accretions and 0102535_P1R3 accretions replace 0102535_3 depletions <br />• 0102535_P1C1 accretions and 0102535_P1R1 accretions replace 0102535_2 depletions <br />• 0102535_P1C1 accretions and 0102535_P1R1 accretions replace 0102535_3 depletions <br />• 0102535_P1C2 accretions and 0102535_P1R2 accretions replace 0102535_3 depletions <br />3.
