Lagged accretions
should be accounted in recharge accretions structures based on source of seepage water -
recharge site seepage (IDs 6402536 P1R1 and 6402536_P1R2) or canal seepage (IDs
6402536_P1C1 and 6402536_P1C2), as summarized in Table 2. Canal seepage should be
accounted based on simulated ditch losses from all diversions to recharge when no other supplies
(e.g., irrigation) are being run in the ditch. Canal seepage and recharge seepage associated with
the Lower Logan Well Users plan should be assigned to the various administration reaches based
on spatial location.
Numerous recharge water rights are decreed, and some of these operated under the ditch systems
that are part of the plan. The demand for the recharge water rights associated with the Logan
Well Users plan and surrounding plans should be modeled at two active recharge sites located at
the end of the respective ditches, as summarized in Table 3.
Table 3
Lower Logan Well Users Augmentation Plan Recharge Water Rights
Di
h Recharge Site at end of Capacity / Supply
tc Ditch Target Amount Admin.
