APPENDIX A-3 Logan Well Users Augmentation Plan System -Plan ID 6402539 Logan Well Users is an umbrella organization that covers well users under multiple ditch systems in the western part of Logan County in Water District 64. Logan Well Users operated under an SWSP from 2003 until its augmentation plan (Case No. 03CW195) was decreed in January 2006. Wells in the Logan Well Users Plan were historically enrolled in GASP. A number of well users originally in the Logan Well Users plan have split off to operate their own augmentation plans, according to Logan Well Users augmentation plan representatives. These users include, among others, Chris Vandemoer (~10 wells), Pawnee Well Users (~36 wells), South Platte Ditch Well Users (~15 wells), and Schneider Ditch Well Users (~10 wells). These well users and others in the upper portion of Water District 64 share the recharge credits based on pro-rata share ownership and individual ownership of some recharge sites. Due to the overlap of augmentation sources, we recommend the following plans, and potentially others not included here, be aggregated into the Logan Well Users plan (ID 6402539: • Logan Well Users (ID 6402539) • Vandemoer (ID 6402548) • Pawnee Well Users (ID 6402546) • South Platte Ditch Well Users (ID 6402547) • Schneider Ditch Well Users (no Plan ID in HydroBase or identified by Division 1 personnel) • Smart Land/Livestock (ID 6402537) • Accomasso Brothers (ID 6402554) The number of wells associated with the augmentation plan from sources reviewed for this effort is summarized in Table 1.
